The NBAA Flying Safety Awards recognize Member Companies for exceptional achievement in maintaining safe flying operations. These awards are more than a Member benefit; they are also testimony to the high degree of professionalism inherent in business aircraft operations, and a tribute to the skill of a company’s management, maintenance, pilot and support personnel teams.
These NBAA awards have brought worldwide attention to the business aircraft safety record and have been endorsed and approved by the National Safety Council.
NBAA's Flying Safety Awards are given annually for the period January 1 to December 31. Acknowledgments are made during the Annual Meeting & Convention of the Association.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 NBAA Flying Safety Awards, and the application deadline is March 1, 2012. The Call for Applications package was mailed in hardcopy in mid-December 2011 to all NBAA Member Companies that operate aircraft, and the mailing is scheduled to complete by early January 2012.
