National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) President and CEO Ed Bolen will hold a press conference during the Association's 64th Annual Meeting & Convention to detail preparations for the 2012 Asian Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (ABACE2012).
ABACE2012 will take place from March 27-29, 2012. The show will be held on the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport in the new Shanghai Hawker Pacific Business Aviation Service Centre.
The press conference to report on plans for the event will be held Sunday, October 9, at 3:00 PM in Room N117 of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Bolen will be joined on stage by Mr. Jing Yi Ming, Vice President of the Shanghai Airport Authority. NBAA and the Shanghai Airport Authority are partners in ABACE. In June, the two organizations signed a long-term agreement to make Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport the ABACE site.
Jean-Noel Robert, Chairman, Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), will also participate in the press briefing. AsBAA is not only NBAA's sister organization in Asia, but also a co-host for ABACE2012.
In addition to the press October 9 press conference, a special ABACE2012 event booth at NBAA2011 will feature knowledgeable NBAA staffers to answer inquiries, accept Exhibitor applications and assign Exhibitor spaces in real time.
NBAA has long been recognized for producing world-class events that focus on business aviation and serve as a catalyst for the industry in the regions where the events take place; ABACE2012 is anticipated to be such an event.
