The leasing company OJSC "Ilyushin Finance Co" is ready to begin realization of the project on creation of a business-plane Antonov Business Jet (ABJ). It is spoken about in the report of the company.
The plane is planned to be projected on the basis of the serial passenger regional plane An-148 of manufacture of the Voronezh aircraft factory. IFC is ready to accept applications for deliveries of Antonov Business Jet since the IV quarter 2009.
On flying-technical characteristics ABJ can compete liners - Challenger-850 and Global 5000. OJSC "Ilyushin Finans and Co." is created in 1999 under the initiative of the Aviation complex of S.V.Ilyushin. The company specializes on the organization of leasing deliveries of Russian planes to domestic and foreign airlines. In particular, the company delivers and plans to deliver Il-96, Tu-204, An-148.
The proceeds of "Ilyushin Finans and Co." under RAS in 2006 grew up 56% to 3.98bln rbl. The net profit made 260.28mln rbl.
The basic shareholders of IFC are OJSC "Incorporated Aviabuilding Corporation" - 27%, the Russian Federation on behalf of Rosimushchestvo - 22%, the group "National reserve corporation" - 26%, "Vnesheconombanc"- 21%.
