Dassault Aviation said sales fell 13.7 percent to 1.54 billion euros in the first half from a year earlier, with revenues in the second quarter alone dropping to 789 million from 1.065 billion.
The interim figures are not representative of full-year sales, the company said.
Dassault CEO Charles Edelstenne predicted in May that 2008 sales would be lower than last year.
