Hawker Beechcraft has introduced the King Air 250 (in photo) as a replacement for the King Air 200GT. The .79 million new model incorporates major improvements from the 200GT that give it better short-field and high-and-hot landing and takeoff capabilities.
Hawker Beechcraft has also rebranded its Premier light jet as the Hawker 200. Enhancements for the rebranded model will include new engines and winglets, increased takeoff weight and maximum altitude, 400-hour inspection intervals and a 10-year warranty on the airframe. The .55 million Hawker 200 is scheduled to enter service in 2012.
Finally, the company has announced a high-performance retrofit upgrade for the Hawker 400XP, featuring winglets, new engines and optional avionics and system enhancements.
