Eclipse Aviation announced this week that it´s changing office hours for maintenance scheduling, technical services and customer care to 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM mountain time Monday through Friday, effective Monday, Nov. 24th. Customers who attempt contact outside of those hours will be asked to leave a voice message. Such calls will be answered during the newly announced business hours.
However, the company said it will provide a voice routing option for customers who have AOG problems that require higher priority support. But regardless of technical support, several critical spare parts are no longer in inventory because many vendors have stopped shipping spares to Eclipse until they receive payment for past due bills. And they won´t ship more spares to Eclipse except on a COD basis.
Notably, only a few vendors will sell parts directly to customers because of previous exclusive supply contracts with Eclipse.
