A company called AAI Acquisitions has struck a deal to buy the Arapahoe County-based plane manufacturer’s assets for $ 10 million in cash, according to bankruptcy court documents. The purchase includes everything from supplies, spare parts, patents and prototype aircraft. Objections must be filed by Monday, and the sale is scheduled to close Wednesday.
It’s unclear what AAI Acquisitions plans to do with the assets. AAI Acquisition is not obligated to hire any Adam Aircraft employees but may interview employees, according to a document on the deal.
