Bombardier Aerospace will have an impressive presence at the upcoming European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), showcasing six aircraft from its innovative Learjet, Challenger and Global business aircraft families and premiering the new Challenger 605 jet at the show in Geneva, Switzerland, from May 21-25.
The light Learjet 40 XR aircraft, super light Learjet 45 XR aircraft, super midsize Challenger 300 jet and ultra long-range Global Express XRS jet will join the large Challenger 605 jet on static display at the Geneva International Airport, while the super large Bombardier Global 5000 will be on hand for demonstration flights throughout the show.
“Demand in Europe continues to be strong for all Bombardier business jets, including the versatile and very comfortable Challenger 605 jet,” noted Bob Horner, vice-president, international sales, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “With 17 deliveries in the large aircraft segment in 2006, Bombardier has secured a 61 per cent market share, maintaining the Challenger 600 jet series’ position as European leader in its category. We are confident that the European market will continue to reinforce the positive momentum we are experiencing across our full line of innovative products and services.”
