(Singapore, February 19, 2008) – Dassault Falcon recently named Lam Hung Fai to the position of Field Technical Representative based in Macau. Lam will assist operators in Southeast China, Macau and Hong Kong. Dassault now has three technical representatives in the Asia Pacific region.
“Our support for the growing Asia-Pacific region is clear and consistent,” said Gerry Goguen, Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Dassault Falcon. “Dassault’s commitment to Falcon operators is to assign highly skilled individuals in key markets to make sure they receive industry leading field support regardless of their base of operations.”
Lam’s aviation experience spans nearly 40 years. He was previously a technical representative for an engine manufacturer and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate as well as a Certificate of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering. He joins Carl Menne who is based in Singapore and KC Chan who is based in Beijing.
All three are supported by multiple technical call centers in Le Bourget, France; Teterboro, New Jersey and Boise, Idaho. Nine worldwide replacement parts distribution centers, including Singapore, Shanghai, China and Sydney, Australia are in operation as well as 30 company owned and Authorized Service Centers.
