The Dassault Falcon worldwide customer support network now includes 27 Authorized Service Centers (ASC), three factory-owned Service Centers, nine spares distribution centers and three technical call centers.

Aero Personal will help ensure that these Falcons will receive top notch service.”
Juan Carral, Director General of Aero Personal said, “This agreement builds upon our years of experience at the facility including experience gained by maintenance technicians who have been involved with the operation and maintenance of some of the newest Falcon aircraft.”
Continued Jose Morales, Maintenance Manager for Aero Personal, “Being part of the Dassault Falcon Family allows us to offer our support and deliver a higher level of service to the Falcon Operator.”
The agreement covers service and support of the Falcon 7X, and the Falcon 900 and Falcon 2000 families of aircraft. Service and support will be available for transient service, unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting, AOG support and scheduled maintenance including basic inspection and ‘A’ checks.
