The rate was prepared and published in August by Air International News (AIN). The research was conducted in the following way: over 14 thousand AIN subscribers were asked to fill out a special form and comment on the aftersales service of various bizjets, particularly noting the quality of service at authorised MRO’s and factory service centres, availability of spare parts and their cost, fulfilling warranty obligations etc. The marks were given on a 10-grade scale. JETS.ru presents the most interesting fragments of this research.
