Our courses focus on subjects like healthcare, the Bible, business development and biblical counseling. It is for those who long to follow Jesus in new ways with a different perspective. . Whether your interest is construction, medicine, sports, arts, compassion, evangelism, or all of the above, YWAM has a mission trip for you. This document presents YWAM’s sincerely held purpose, core beliefs, and foundational values which have been compiled in response to specific directives given by God since YWAM’s beginning in 1960. This process had begun in 2001 when YWAM’s founder, Loren Cunningham, sensed a warning from God. If you sense God leading you to nurture disciple-making movements among unreached peoples, YWAM offers in-depth training programs, coaching, and experienced people to team up with. There are trips for families and children, programs for churches, and you can also go with your youth group or adult group. Through our training programs and YWAM’s University of the Nations we aim to equip Christians to grow in their relationship with God and to serve others. From a late-night vision of waves of young people reaching every continent, given to a 20-year-old in the Bahamas, to a global ministry with over 20,000 workers, the growth of YWAM is the story of God’s inspiration, God’s grace for many mistakes, and the creativity of the Holy Spirit’s leading. zao6wlr
